Meet our Osteopaths

Shane Morris (M.Ost)
Shane is an experienced osteopath who graduated with a Masters of Osteopathy degree from the prestigious British School of Osteopathy. He is registered with the General Osteopathic Council and is a member of the Institute of Osteopathy.

Shane worked in a number of osteopathic and multidisciplinary practices before establishing Wickford Osteopaths. His patients appreciate the excellent results he achieves, even with the most challenging injuries and persistent pains. His testimonials are a tribute to the regard they place on his treatment. Shane integrates exercise, stretching and lifestyle advice into his treatments.

Shane provides his expertise to the business sector as a consultant and trainer with many nationally and internationally renowned companies including: The BBC, The Royal Household at Buckingham Palace, DHL, Royal Free Hospital, Norbert Dentressangle, Deutsche Bank and The City of London.

Breathing dysfunction is Shane's other area of expertise. Through his own experience of asthma he discovered and later became a practitioner of the Buteyko Breathing Technique. This is a proven, natural treatment for asthma and breathing dysfunction. It can also be used to treat a variety of conditions including anxiety, panic attacks, snoring and hay-fever .

Rory Tyrrell (M.Ost)

Rory is a Billericay native and is proud to play an active role in keeping the local community healthy. When not treating patients he enjoys spending time volunteering for local associations, charities and refereeing local football.

He is a keen sportsman eplaying both gold and football. Rory qualified from Swansea University with a masters degree. Whilst at Swansea he was awarded 'student of the year' for his dedication to his patients, studies and the societies he was heavily involved with

Rory has a special interest in sporting injuries. He has experience working in football, rugby and golf clubs – at all levels.

Ever eager to continue enhancing his skills, Rory is currently completing a Canine & Equine Osteopathy course and a sports internship.
